A high fibre nutritional formula, which provides 513mg of dietary fibre per easy-to-take capsule. 

The fibre is derived from psyllium husks, flaxseed, sugar beet, prune juice, fig fruit, pectin, rhubarb and other naturally high fibre foods and herbs (see below).

This fibre formula will provide the user with a healthy combination of both insoluble and soluble fibre (a key ingredient to a healthy, varied and balanced diet).

It is more than just roughage - it also provides cellulose, pectin, hemicellulose, lignin and gums. Sugar beet fibre, in particular, contributes to an increase in faecal bulk and may have a beneficial physiological effect for people who want to improve or maintain a normal bowel function.

Usage

Take 1 or 2 capsules, 1 to 3 times per day or adjust intake as required.
