A gentle food supplement, with a blend of 13 herbal ingredients specially formulated for women, to be taken both before and after the menopause.

With isoflavones, vitamins, minerals and synergistic herbs, this food supplement contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, normal fertility and reproduction, energy levels, the normal function of the immune system, protection of cells against oxidative stress and much more.

This gentle 'helper' is a favourite amongst female customers, not least because it does not contain hormones, such as those found in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) drugs.

Usage

1 capsule to be taken 2 to 3 times per day, preferably with food.

An initial higher intake of 2 capsules taken 2 to 3 times per day (with food) is recommended for the first 2 to 3 weeks. Thereafter, intake to be reduced to 1 - 3 capsules per day as a maintenance daily intake.

Warnings and allergy advice:
Contains soya.
Long-term intake of amounts greater than 10mg of vitamin B6 daily may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
